Role Overview: As a Crime Duty Solicitor, you will provide high-quality legal representation to clients at the police station, magistrates court, and, where appropriate, the Crown Court. You will manage a varied caseload, including Legal Aid and privately funded matters, and participate in the out-of-hours duty rota. Key Responsibilities: Attend police stations and provide advice and assistance to clients under arrest (including out-of-hours coverage).

Represent clients at Magistrates Court hearings, including first appearances, bail applications, sentencing hearings, and trials.
