Activities Assistant / Support Worker

We’re looking for a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to join a warm and welcoming elderly care setting in St Albans. This is a rewarding role ideal for someone with a background in care or support who enjoys enriching the lives of older adults through meaningful, person-centred activities.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and lead a range of engaging daily activities
• Encourage resident participation and boost social interaction
• Tailor activities to meet individual needs and mobility levels
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and uplifting environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in care, support work or a similar setting
• Creative, enthusiastic, and well-organised
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
