Activities Coordinator

Location: Northwood
Hours: 25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 2:00pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour (all breaks paid)

We are currently seeking a cheerful and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join a friendly nursing home team. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about improving residents wellbeing and quality of life through meaningful activities and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organise, and deliver a varied programme of activities for residents

Take residents out on trips and outings where appropriate

Ensure all activities are accurately documented

Book external entertainment when required

Liaise with and consult families regarding activities and resident involvement

Promote social interaction, inclusion, and enjoyment for all residents

Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in an Activities role within a Care Home or Hospital

A warm, positive, and engaging personality

Confidence working with elderly residents

Good organisational and communication skills
