Job Description
AD / Director - Commercial Valuer - Hybrid working, one day in office per week - London
£65 - £100,000 base approx. depending on experience, contacts etc. plus monthly department revenue commission, plus car allowance, plus annual bonus.
An established and respected property consultancy is seeking an experienced Valuer to join their valuation team.
Established over 50 years ago, my client is a well respected multi disciplinary consultancy with a team of over 50 professionals. They specialise in both Commercial, development and residential work, with the valuation department focusing on secured lending, private & instructions from local councils.
The company prides itself on maintaining a friendly, collaborative culture with a management style focused on quality over quantity rather than high-pressure targets.
