Are you passionate about creating access to learning for every apprentice? Our client is looking for an experienced ALN Specialist to join their growing team to support the strategy for supporting learners with additional needs — ensuring every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

This is a 3 month fixed term contract supporting the ALN and safeguarding provision, setting high standards for inclusive practice and learner wellbeing.

About You

• 6+ years’ experience in ALN, inclusion, or equitable access within post-16 education.
• Strong knowledge of ALN legislation, statutory guidance, and best practice.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Psychology, Education, SENCO, SpLD, NASENCO, or equivalent).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Confidence using data to drive decisions and improvement.
• Experience handling safeguarding concerns in an educational setting (desirable).
