Admin Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the office and warehouse. You will assist the management team and other employees, helping to ensure that the office and warehouse runs smoothly and
Main duties:
* Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and responding to email inquires.
* Receiving/respond to instructions/inquiries from clients, suppliers, management team and ensuring these are followed.
* Maintain and update files and records.
* Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.
* Receiving the stock in the system and check any discrepancies.
* Checking/Processing and creating reports for all returns in the warehouse.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports for the clients and management team.
* Assist with the preparation and recording of additional charges reports.
* Participate in various special projects and assignments, as needed.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Person specification (inc. technical/professional requirements)
* 2+ years prior administrative experience
* Experienced computer user; Microsoft Office/Excel; Ideally familiar with WMS
* Strong language and communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent prioritization skills
* Self-motivated and trustworthy
* Excellent organizational and leadership skills
* Team player; always open to helping colleagues
* Familiarity with basic accounting processes preferred
