Job Description

Principal Asset Management is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to join a global asset manager with the successful candidate being responsible for supporting a number of different departments within the European offices.


What You'll Do

  • Meeting scheduling. Taking minutes at meetings where required, booking meeting rooms and ordering catering where required.
  • Travel booking. Make complex booking arrangements in line with our Corporate Travel policy.
  • Expenses Processing. Processing monthly cash and credit card expense reports, and logging all business entertaining to meet reporting requirements.
  • Communications. Compose correspondence for letters, emails or other documents. Screen incoming calls and take messages as necessary.
  • General Assistance. Distributing mail, arranging couriers, complete scanning and filing.


Who You Are

  • A-Level qualifications are advantageous;
  • 2-3 years in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, assertive and excellent organisational skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Intermediate Microsoft office and outlook skills.

Location

Based in our London office. This role offers hybrid working, with four days a week in the office.
