Administrative Assistant – 6‑Month Contract (London | Start ASAP)


Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a 6‑month assignment, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to support senior leadership, work across multiple teams, and play a key role in the smooth running of high‑level operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support across a wide range of tasks, including event planning and logistics coordination.
  • Support the Director with diary management, scheduling, preparation of complex stakeholder meetings, and organising travel/logistics.
  • Act as a central communication link between Senior Directors, Managing Directors, Program Directors, VPs, and wider network partners—handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare materials ahead of meetings and engagements, including briefing packs, presentations, agendas, reports, and logistical documents.
  • Take meeting notes, track actions, and support project management activities as needed.


Person Specification

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas, request actions, and support planning and decision‑making.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, multi‑geography environment.
  • Confident analysing data and drawing actionable insights for managers.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrates discretion, sound judgement, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
