About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Bookkeeper to support our growing business. This is a part-time role, ideally suited to someone looking to work during school hours, with occasional flexibility required during busier periods and to provide holiday cover.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while also supporting general administrative tasks across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day bookkeeping, including purchase and sales ledger management

Bank reconciliations

Processing invoices, payments, and expenses

Assisting with payroll preparation (if applicable)

Supporting month-end and year-end processes

Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems

General administrative duties to support the wider team

What Were Looking For
Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, Sage, or similar)

Confident with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

A proactive and flexible approach to work

Ability to manage workload independently

Working Hours
Predominantly school hours (e.g. 9:30am 2:30pm)

Flexibility required during peak periods and for holiday cover
