We are looking for an apprentice t o provide Administration Support to the ICS site team ensuring customer records are maintained and updated effectively, customer queries are logged timely, administrative tasks are carried out to a high standard and systems and manual records for personal and plant are kept up to date.

Your Mission at Elis

• Dealing with all communication to the office via telephone, email and in person effectively and efficiently.

• Processing all contractual paperwork in line with company guidelines and making the relevant changes to AX/SOL systems and recording accurately.

• Providing customers including Frameworks with accurate contractual reports.

• Accurately processing supplier invoicing for the office, raising and correcting PO's and finance orders.
