Your typical duties will be: Receiving, validating, and processing official and personal Local Land Charge searches accurately and within required timeframes responding to customer inquiries. Calculating search fees and ensuring correct charges are applied. Supporting the transfer of the register to HM Land Registry and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Maintaining databases and filing systems and managing queries received via the shared email mailbox, ensuring timely resolution Supporting the Local Land Charges Programme, including data discovery, data cleansing and digitisation activities.
