About the Role:
Provide excellent customer service to residents, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
Work as part of a supportive team in a dynamic, high-volume contact centre environment.
Shifts vary between 8am–4pm, 9am–5pm, or 10am–6pm, depending on daily demand and staff availability.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy setting.
Flexibility to work different shift patterns as required.
