The Role Competitive Band 3 pay at £12.75 per hour, paid weekly Free onsite parking at Ballymena Health & Care Centre Supportive and friendly Orthopaedic Assessment team Ideal part-time hours (Wed-Fri, 9am-5pm) Temporary with potential for extension Excellent opportunity to gain or grow NHS administrative experience Role Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative support to the Orthopaedics Assessment team Organise patient appointments, clinic lists and electronic records Manage incoming calls, emails and reception enquiries Maintain accurate documentation and data entry Assist clinicians and management with daily administrative tasks Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards Essential Criteria 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including Maths and English At least 1 year of administrative experience Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, scheduling systems) Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Professional, reliable and patient-focused attitude If you wish to apply in confidence, please submit your CV via the link provided or contact Geraldine Stevenson for further information.
