Administrator / Receptionist - Immediate Start

Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to join the team based in Inverness, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be required to work four weekdays and either Saturday OR Sunday. Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK meaning you re never too far from the help you need. Provide clerical support for the Management Team together with the preparation of other services relating to the UHI House contract. Follow the building Room Booking Policy and other RIFM Procedures to make bookings on behalf of Tenants and Clients on the UHI House booking system. SVQ level 3 in Customer Service and / or equivalent experience Excel spread sheets.
