IFA ADMINISTRATOR / TEAM LEADER Location: Altrincham / Hybrid Two days WFH Salary: Up to £32,500 NJR Recruitment are working in Partnership with a grown firm of Regional Independent Financial Planners who are now seeking an experienced and motivated IFA Administrator Team Leader . This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled financial services professional to take the next step in their career, combining hands-on administrative expertise with team leadership responsibilities. Our client will consider candidates coming from Banking, Financial Planning or a Provider Platform, however you MUST demonstrate leadership, supervisory or team leader experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers while overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the administration team.
