Key Responsibilities:


  • Enter new opportunities into the system.
  • Add new items to inventory
  • Prepare customer quotations.
  • Raise and process sales orders.
  • Process purchase orders and send them to suppliers.
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery / readiness dates.
  • Email suppliers for updates and follow up via phone if no response is received.
  • Add delivery dates into the system and ensure all order information is up to date.
  • Maintain and update database and Finance Report.
  • Save all relevant documentation into database and ensure system notes are accurate and complete.
  • Book shipments and complete required documentation.
  • Complete Shipper’s Letter of Instruction (SLI) forms.
  • Assist with commercial documentation as needed.
  • Prepare and issue quality letters.
  • Follow up with Suppliers and forwarders for Collection Dates.
