The Role:
Provide general administrative support to the exams team
Assist with the processing of exam entries, results and related documentation
Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries
Support the coordination and smooth running of examination sessions
Maintain accurate records and ensure data is handled confidentially
The Person:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role,
Exam administration experience desirable but not essential
Ideally hold a DBS on the update service or be happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
Competent in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Driving licence and access to a car
