A manufacturing and production client of ours in the Maldon area (Latchingdon) are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm and paying £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Working within a small, friendly team your key duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phone and email enquiries Using a variety of software packages to manage data and produce letters/documents Arranging appointments and managing diaries Ordering stationery Organising travel and accommodation Liaising with internal departments Other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and printing. Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:
