Where will you be working? 

Our Rail team manages a wide range of specialist rail engineering works and projects delivering civils, track, power, electrical solutions and station structures across all rail routes in the UK.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role combines traditional administrative duties and active data handling within our Work Management Solution platform.

Office Administration

  • Provide general administrative support including reception duties, diary management, and document handling where required. 
  • Coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and ensure efficient office operations where required

Data Management

  • Input, update, and verify data within our Work Management Solution (Sitetracker) 
  • Extract and compile reports for management review.
  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving basic system issues.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong organisation and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional, helpful manner.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in documents, data, and processes.
  • Confident IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and use initiative when challenges arise.
  • Reliable, confidential, and able to work well with others in a supportive role.
