Salary: £27,000.00 per annum plus Veolia benefits and pension

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 17:00

Work closely with the service team to ensure proactive communication with customers on the current service level being delivered to them High levels of proactive customer engagement, a Service Administrator will be responsible for assisting and resolving customer's requests and queries via both the telephone and email. Will be trained in the end of month invoicing process, credit note investigation and raising, purchase order raising and submitting wages for employees. What we're looking for;

Essential:

Strong administrative skills and experience Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Desirable

Previous Customer Service experience would be beneficial Previous experience working in Waste Management industry What's next?
