As part of our continued growth on the EA2 project, we are seeking a dedicated Administrator to provide vital support to our commercial, document control, and operational functions.

This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a project environment, enjoys variety, and has strong organisational and Excel skills. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the project office, working closely with commercial and site-based teams to ensure accurate data management, document flow, and administrative support.

The position is based within a modern, well‑equipped site office, giving you direct exposure to project activity, stakeholder interaction, and the daily flow of a live major infrastructure scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Support

  • Maintain and update Excel trackers, reports, and data logs for the commercial team.
  • Assist with collating information for valuations, cost tracking, subcontractor documentation, and internal reporting.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Manager and team members.

Document Control Assistance

  • Support the Document Control team with filing, updating, and distributing project documentation.
  • Help maintain system accuracy within platforms such as iConnect (training provided).
  • Ensure correct version control and document compliance across assigned areas.

Operational & Site Team Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Operations team as needed.
  • Support coordination tasks such as scheduling, communication updates, and information requests.
  • Liaise with site personnel to support day‑to‑day workflow and ensure efficient communication.

Person Specification:

  • Strong Excel capability (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data entry accuracy).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage workload independently.
  • Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders.

If you’re a motivated, detail‑driven administrator with strong Excel skills, we’d love to hear from you.
