Manage and oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for applicants and stakeholders. Maintain and update the organisation's MIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations. Provide detailed reports and analysis from the MIS to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with organisational goals and strategies. Monitor and improve processes related to data collection and reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions and MIS-related queries. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and data protection standards. Support the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance admissions and data management practices.Profile
A successful Admissions and MIS Manager should have:
Proven experience in managing admissions processes and working with Management Information Systems (MIS). Strong organisational and data management skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure. Knowledge of relevant regulations, including data protection and safeguarding policies. The ability to generate and interpret reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
