Contract – 7 months Fixed Term Contract

The Admissions Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process at ICP, working within the Admissions & Recruitment team and collaborating closely with Admissions Managers, our trusted University Partner, and regional recruitment teams. You will process applications, assist with issuing PCAS/CAS documentation, and help maintain smooth operations of the admissions inbox, ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. Your leadership will support the team in maintaining accurate records, updating processes, and mentoring new officers to uphold high standards of service.

Admissions Coordinator Requirements:

Previous experience in an education or admissions environment, ideally within Higher Education Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of UKVI regulations and Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointAdmissions Coordinator Benefits:
