Project Manager (Product Operations)

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organised and driven Project Manager to strengthen their product operations function and support the delivery of key initiatives across multiple product lines and apps, and other business lines.

Reporting directly to the CPDO, you will be instrumental in maintaining delivery discipline, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating cross-functional workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Agile delivery, excellent documentation and tooling skills, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination

Plan and manage delivery schedules and sprints across multiple product lines. Track dependencies, manage risks, and remove blockers in collaboration with Engineering and Product leads. Produce and maintain weekly status dashboards for the CPDO and HoE.

Backlog & Request Management

Oversee the intake and triage of cross-functional requests. Prioritise items in coordination with stakeholders and identify scope creep early. Ensure backlog items are well-defined and actionable.

Product Documentation & Knowledge Management

Own and maintain internal documentation including product specs, release notes, and knowledge bases. Champion version control and information hygiene across the team.

Autonet Programme Oversight

Support the Autonet programme by maintaining the master project plan, risk log, and milestone tracker. Prepare and manage SteerCo packs and facilitate regular stand-ups and planning sessions.

Tooling & Process Improvement

Evaluate and implement lightweight tooling to enhance project tracking and reporting (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion). Continuously streamline processes to support team velocity and operational clarity.

Critical Role Experience:

Start-up / Scale-up mindset – Experienced and comfortable with ambiguity. Some parts of this project still need clarity, so we need someone who can run with it without hand-holding.

Data-driven – This is a data-heavy project covering multiple areas. You’ll need to be comfortable with data concepts, privacy regulations, and technical terms like CDP, consent, and attribution

Strong stakeholder management – Able to keep everyone aligned, from the internal management team to and other partners etc., and handle those conversations with confidence.

MVP-first delivery – We have a tight November deadline. You’ll need to know how to strip things back or work with prototypes to deliver what’s needed to secure deals and hit timelines

Technical understanding (high level) – No coding required, but you should understand data architecture, where data lives, API integrations, and how CDPs fit in. You’ll also need to translate technical concepts into clear for stakeholders.

Experience & Qualifications

Required:

3–6 years in project management, product operations, or delivery roles within tech, media, or SaaS environments. Proven experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp. Strong organisational and written communication skills, including slide deck and dashboard creation. Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable:

Background in ad-tech or SaaS. Experience working closely with C-suite or senior leadership teams. Familiarity with knowledge base tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion).

Success Metrics (First 12 Months)

95%+ completeness and currency of internal product documentation. Backlog triage turnaround within 24 hours. 90%+ on-time delivery of committed sprint goals. On-schedule completion of Autonet Phase-2 milestones.
