Job Title: Adult Learning Disability Support Worker Location: Caerphilly, Wales Salary: £13.68 per hour (including holiday pay)

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide therapeutic care and support to residents with Autism and complex needs

* Observe, monitor, and record residents’ conditions accurately

* Assist individuals through their care pathway to promote independence

* Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty

* Work collaboratively with a team of multi-professionals to deliver personalised care

Requirements:

* Minimum of 6 months experience in a social care setting

* Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature

* Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

* Right to work in the UK

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to pay for practical training (PBM, Manual Handling, Buccal) if not already completed

* Willingness to complete online training (at no cost)
