The Adult Social Care Team Manager will oversee a small, specialist team delivering trauma informed, relational and strengths based practice. Working across safeguarding and community settings, the focus is on engagement, risk management and person-centred support. As an Adult Social Care Team Manager you will build and develop a new team, shape service delivery and embed innovative approaches.
