Adult Social Worker - Brent Council

Location: Brent Council
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: Up to £32.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Brent Council is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join their supportive and forward-thinking Adult Social Care team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014
Work collaboratively with service users, families, and partner agencies
Support adults with physical disabilities, mental health needs, and older people
⚖️ Undertake safeguarding investigations and risk assessments
Maintain accurate and timely case records

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Experience working within Adult Social Care
️ Strong knowledge of safeguarding, mental capacity, and care planning
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
