Location: Liskeard, Cornwall Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum FTE (DOE) Hours: Full-time (40 hours) and part-time considered Contract Type: Permanent
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACP to help transform and modernise care pathways within a multi-disciplinary practice team. You’ll use your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients autonomously, while playing a vital leadership role in clinical governance and team development.
This role is ideal for a practitioner passionate about delivering outstanding primary care and working collaboratively within a progressive, community-centred service.
What You’ll Do
Deliver autonomous patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments Provide clinical leadership and governance support to ensure safe, compliant service delivery Work closely with a diverse MDT: GPs, nurses, wellbeing advisors, health coaches, physician associate, and more Contribute to continuous service improvement and innovation Balance traditional and modern approaches to healthcare delivery What We’re Looking For
