Service Care Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to support a well?established GP Surgery in Nottingham. This role offers flexible working and the opportunity to join a highly supportive primary care team.

Working Pattern Ideally Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (1–3 days per week) 8:00am – 6:30pm Some flexibility available (must either start at 8:00am or finish at 6:30pm)Pay / Salary Locum: £45 LTD per hour / £39 PAYE Inclusive per hour Permanent: Salary dependent on experienceRole Overview The successful practitioner will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary GP practice team, delivering high?quality, evidence?based care across a wide range of patient presentations. You will be responsible for independently assessing, diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with both acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities Undertake full patient assessments including history taking, clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning Independently manage minor illness and undifferentiated presentations Prescribe safely and effectively in line with V300 Independent Prescribing Request, interpret and act upon diagnostic tests Support management of long...
