What you will do:

Lead and manage the Adults Community Mental Health Team to ensure high standards of care and effective service delivery. Support team members by providing supervision, training, and mentorship, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Collaborate with other health and social care organisations to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for service users. Assist with administrative duties, such as maintaining accurate records, auditing, and contributing to service development plans.
