Are you an experienced Aerospace Quality Inspector looking for a permanent position? This is a key position within the Quality department to ensure the conformance within AS9100 and ISO9001.
Roles and responsibilities of the Quality Inspector:
* Working within all quality standard consisting of AS9100, ISO9001 & ISO17025 inspection environment and adhere to all process and procedures instructed by the Quality Manager.
* Raise and close internal and customer NCR’s. This would include closing all aspects related to reworks.
* Implementation of APQP activities as required on new parts across the shop floor.
* Participate in the internal audit process
* Maintaining route car completion for each work order completed
Previous requirements that are essential to the role are:
* Experience working within an Aerospace manufacturing facility either supplier or OEM.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspect to those requirements
* Have a quality background in precision CNC engineering environment.
The position will be working a days shift 8am to 5pm with an early finish on Friday of 1pm. Starting salary will be between £35k to £40k DOE
