We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive marketer to take ownership of our affiliate channel, driving high-quality traffic and managing key partnerships that directly impact our growth.

Duties and responsibilities Duties and responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to the Fair-Loans program.

Maintain and nurture existing relationships to ensure maximum performance and brand alignment.

Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance data, and provide regular reports on ROI and conversion rates.

Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all affiliate creative assets and promotions meet financial services regulations.

Negotiate commercial terms and commission structures with partners.

Collaborate with the internal content team to provide affiliates with high-performing marketing materials.

Experience and qualifications Experience and qualifications Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management (Financial Services experience is a strong plus).

Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms and performance metrics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive strategy.

A solid understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance within the UK financial sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
