Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Warwick. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have. As an Aftersales Advisor youll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility: Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly Booking vehicles into the workshop Achieving set performance targets by upselling products Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays, £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £36,000 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
