The Sales & Service Administrator plays a vital role in coordinating the full lifecycle of customer orders from initial sale to installation and ongoing servicing. Working closely with Sales, Installation, and Service departments, the successful candidate will ensure smooth operations through accurate documentation, efficient scheduling, and excellent customer communication.
Sales Coordination & Administration
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director and wider Sales team.
Maintain document control, ensuring compliance and easy accessibility.
Installations & Service Support
Plan and schedule equipment installations in coordination with engineers and service teams.
Prepare and issue RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for installations and site work.
Support the Service Department with scheduling of servicing and repairs.
Previous experience in sales administration, order processing or sales coordination.
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and effective document control.
Permanent, full-time position: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 (30-minute lunch)
~28 days holiday (including 2 fixed days: Christmas Day & 1st January; the rest are fully flexible)
~ On-site role based in a friendly office environment
~ Opportunity to join a long-standing and stable team with no weekend or shift work
