Job Description

Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a full timeAftersales Co-ordinator to join our busy team.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Scheduling & Co-ordinating Mobile Service Engineers effectively.
  • Update customer with ETAs and progress.
  • Liaise with engineers to provide quotations to customers for vehicle body repairs and maintenance.
  • Ordering relevent parts and creating purchase orders.
  • Invoicing.
  • Loggingdetailed information onto in-house systems and customer portals.
  • Assisting with the day to day administration within the Aftersales department (emails, filing, scanning etc)

Competencies

  • Good communication skills both verbally (on the phone and face to face) and written.
  • Previous experience in scheduling and co-ordinating mobile engineers (On the job training will be given)
  • Good operational knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
