We are currently seeking a motivated Aftersales Advisor to join our client's busy Dealership in Farnham. Competitive basic salary of £27,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £35,000 Genuine bonuses linked to performance, with earning potential exceeding £35,000 Monday to Friday working hours from 8am to 5.30pm Every third Saturday morning on a rota basis, paid at overtime rates Pension scheme and death in service benefit Discounted MOTs, servicing, and repairs Supportive team environment with experienced colleagues Full-time, permanent position offering stability and career progression Encouragement of personal initiative and professional developmentDuties:

Managing parts sales and ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently Handling inbound parts deliveries, bookings, and inventory management Assisting the service department by pre-picking parts and ensuring prompt supply Responding professionally to customer and local garage enquiries Restocking tyres and consumables, maintaining accurate stock records Supporting administrative tasks related to parts and service operations Promoting smooth workshop operations by managing parts flow Using IT systems accurately to process transactions and maintain recordsRequirements of this Aftersales Advisor position:
