The Role: Were looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Aftersales Executive to join their existing Aftersales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organisational and communication skills this is the perfect temp to perm role for you!
Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries regarding aftersales services and support Schedule and manage service appointments while maintaining optimal customer communication Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery Provide customers with updates and resolutions regarding their service experiences Promote aftersales products and services to enhance customer satisfaction Contribute to achieving aftersales performance targets
