Our client, is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead operations at their flagship super site in Bristol.
This is not a small operation. The site is a large, fast-paced dealership with a substantial workshop, parts department and service reception team. Were looking for someone who has already operated at this level, youll need solid experience managing aftersales within a similar sized dealership and a track record of delivering strong performance across service and parts.
Youll be commercially sharp, operationally hands-on and confident leading from the front. This isnt a desk-only role. you wont be afraid to roll your sleeves up, support your team on the ground and take ownership of the departments success. The site needs someone who thrives in a challenge, can drive process improvements and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction while hitting revenue and margin targets.
What youll be responsible for: Full leadership of Service and Parts departments

Driving aftersales profitability and departmental KPIs

Managing, motivating and developing a large team

Ensuring outstanding customer retention and experience

Overseeing workshop efficiency, productivity and cost control

Maintaining strong manufacturer standards and compliance

What were looking for: Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager in a large dealership

Strong commercial awareness and financial control

Confident people leader with experience managing sizeable teams

Process-driven but adaptable

Hands-on approach and resilient mindset
