Our client, a prominent manufacturer-owned dealership in Manchester, is looking for a dedicated Aftersales Manager to lead their service department. This Aftersales Manager position offers a unique opportunity to oversee operational performance, develop a professional team, and ensure exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Lead and develop the workshop technician team to optimise efficiency, first-time fix rates, and hours sold
Drive customer-centric team performance to maximise upselling opportunities while maintaining high service standards
Implement and support new digital systems aligned with dealership digitalisation strategies
Support skills development, training, and career progression for team members
Streamline operational processes within the Customer Journey, including Vehicle Health Checks
Ensure compliance with group financial policies, DVSA MOT regulations, and health & safety standards
Contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the service department as the Aftersales Manager
Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators to meet set targets
Foster a positive team environment to motivate staff and maintain engagement
Deliver a seamless, efficient service experience for every customerRequirements:
Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager within a busy automotive dealership
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams effectively
Excellent organisational and communication capabilities
Thorough knowledge of manufacturer processes, DVSA regulations, and health & safety standards
Proficiency with digital systems and a quick learner of new technologies
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to analyse performance data and implement continuous improvement strategies
