Account Director – Agency Sales

An experienced Account Director is now being sought to join the Agency Sales team. This is a senior role for someone who excels at building influential agency partnerships, shaping strategy and driving sustainable commercial growth across a defined agency group.


The Role


The Account Director will:


  • Own and develop senior agency relationships across a designated patch
  • Drive consistent year-on-year growth in brand activity and spend
  • Proactively identify, shape and convert new commercial opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s products, technology, research and partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to create innovative, commercially strong DOOH solutions
  • Lead bespoke agency engagement initiatives, including breakfasts, lunch & learn sessions and large-scale agency events
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through Salesforce
  • Share insight, knowledge and best practice across the wider Agency Sales team


The Person


The ideal candidate will be:


  • Highly commercial with a proven track record in agency sales
  • Experienced in influencing media planning and investment decisions within OOH
  • A confident and engaging presenter, comfortable working with senior agency stakeholders
  • Well-versed in the wider media ecosystem
  • Proactive, curious and self-motivated, with strong commercial instincts
  • Collaborative in approach, contributing to a high-performing and inclusive team culture


A strong agency network is beneficial but not essential.
