About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate and resilient Residential Support Workers to support children and young people aged 618 within a nurturing residential setting. The young people we support may present with challenging behaviours and a range of additional needs, including ADHD, autismand global developmental disorders.This role requires individuals who can provide consistent, trauma-informed care while building strong, positive relationships.
