Job Role:

As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people aged 8-18 who may be experiencing a range of challenges, including emotional, behavioural, or social difficulties. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide tailored support that meets each child's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Direct Support: Offer emotional and practical support to children, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and independence. Care Planning: Assist in developing and implementing personalized care plans, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met.
