About the Company


Our client is an award-winning digital advertising technology and media company (circa 200 employees) with proprietary solutions across display, mobile and video.


About the Role


Further to very impressive growth they're building out their award-winning Agency Sales team and are looking for a high-energy Agency Sales Exec who thrives on developing business with independent agency teams.


Responsibilities


  • Develop new and existing independent agency relationships
  • Propose media plans to capture campaign spend, working to agreed sales targets
  • Work with the Head of Sales to refine a list of target agencies and your outbound approach
  • Learn and then pitch a range of media, data and advertising solutions to defined agencies
  • Work alongside Customer Success and wider Sales team to ensure excellent client delivery and satisfaction


Qualifications


  • 2+ years sales experience into Media Agencies
  • 2+ years working within Digital channels
  • Display and Video or Programmatic Ads experience highly preferred


Required Skills


  • Sales development & hunter mentality
  • Already acts as a trusted and indispensable partner in or across agencies
  • Gravitas to conduct business with planning & buying teams
  • Communicates effectively in both written, presentation format and can 'story-tell' verbally
  • Can work with multiple stakeholders including data, analytics, ad ops and marketing teams


Pay range and compensation package


  • £55k - £60k OTE + accelerators for over achievement
