Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Cognos Analytics Developer to join our data and analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining IBM Cognos Analytics solutions that provide actionable insights across the organisation. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent understanding of data modelling, and deep experience in reporting, dashboard development , and framework manager modelling using Cognos. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using IBM Cognos Analytics .
Build and maintain metadata models using Cognos Framework Manager and Data Modules .
Translate business requirements into technical design specifications and effective BI solutions.
Optimise performance of Cognos reports and dashboards through query tuning and efficient modelling.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.
Develop and maintain documentation including technical specs, data lineage, and support guides.
