The Role We're looking for a Farm Assistant who will need to be enthusiastic about both animal husbandry and arable farming, with experience working with cattle and an interest in regenerative farming and growing fruit and vegetables. Tresco Farm runs a small herd of North Devon beef cattle on around 160 acres of regeneratively grazed pasture. This year will see an exciting development as the farm establishes its own market garden. The Farm Assistant will be working both with the cattle and in the market garden on a daily basis, with the key responsibility of supporting the Farm Manager to look after the herd.
