A cracking opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS business building a highly regarded product used by leading law firms globally. The business has just secured Series C funding & are ready now for an Agile Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery across multiple product teams — ensuring everything runs smoothly, stays on track, and continues to scale as the business grows.


Salary on Offer - Up to £80k / Fully Remote Role - But you must be UK based currently.


This is not a 'corporate' Delivery Manager role.


You’ll be working directly with founders and senior leadership, playing a key role in shaping how delivery operates as the company scales.


What you’ll be doing

  • Owning day-to-day delivery across multiple engineering teams
  • Running sprint processes and ensuring delivery stays on track
  • Aligning Product, Engineering and stakeholders around clear priorities
  • Removing blockers quickly and keeping teams moving forward
  • Mapping out delivery plans and future workflows as the product evolves
  • Communicating progress, risks and timelines clearly across the business
  • Challenging where needed to ensure decisions are made and momentum is maintained


What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Senior Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong background working in SaaS or product-led environments
  • Experience operating in startup / scale-up environments
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous settings
  • Strong communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and gets things done
