Job Description

Alexander Ash are seeking an Agile Project Manager to support delivery within a large, multi-stream transformation environment. The role partners closely with the Squad Lead, focusing on disciplined execution, outcome-driven delivery, and measurable progress.

What you’ll be doing

Own and facilitate agile delivery across the squad — stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews Keep delivery on track by actively managing risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple streams Define, track, and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, burn-downs, cycle time, outcomes) Provide clear, data-driven updates to senior stakeholders Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement Work closely with Product, Engineering, and wider programme teams to maintain alignment

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master on complex programmes Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile environments Confident facilitator with excellent stakeholder communication skills Comfortable operating in high-pressure, multi-team delivery environments Metrics-driven mindset — you use data to improve delivery, not just report on it Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tooling Experience in financial services, banking, or large-scale core/migration programmes Exposure to low-latency or mission-critical platforms Scrum Master / Agile certification (CSM or equivalent)
