Agriculture Planning Lead - Pork&Lamb

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Agriculture Planning Lead to establish and lead the agricultural planning capability for the Pork & Lamb Business Unit. This is a high-impact role responsible for developing robust short-term and long-term supply plans (12–36 month), aligning farm production, procurement and processing requirements. You will provide data-driven insights and scenario analysis to support decision-making at BU Executive Director level, while building the processes, governance and KPIs required for a mature, effective agricultural planning function. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working in an evolving agricultural planning environment, with the ability to build robust processes and capability from the ground up.
