ANS is looking for an experienced Sales Director - AI Business Solutions to lead and grow our AI-focused sales division. You’ll drive new business, expand existing accounts, and develop a high‑performing sales team while strengthening our Microsoft partnership. Key Responsibilities

Deliver annual sales targets across Microsoft & Professional Services. Lead acquisition of new customers in Commercial & Public Sector. Drive growth in existing accounts through full transformation journeys. Recruit, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team. Build strong relationships with Microsoft to drive co‑sell opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing, Delivery and SLT to maximise customer outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Strong leadership experience in AI Business Solutions (D365, BC, Power Platform). Proven track record delivering sales growth across Commercial & Public Sector. Experience scaling sales functions and managing large teams. Excellent C‑suite communication and negotiation skills. Strong commercial acumen (T&Cs, procurement, stakeholder management).
