AI & Automation Lead London (2 days per week) Up to £70,000 We're supporting a high-growth, private equity-backed business investing heavily in AI-led operational transformation. With ambitious scale plans over the next 12-18 months, AI is being embedded into the core operating layer - not as experimentation, but as infrastructure. This is a hands-on systems role for someone who builds API-driven, production-ready workflows integrated directly into CRM and business processes. You will own the evolution of HubSpot while architecting AI-driven workflows across marketing and operations. There is clear scope for this position to become the internal AI lead. Responsibilities AI & Workflow Architecture * Design and deploy API-led AI workflows embedded into CRM and operational processes * Implement structured prompting, retrieval-based logic and human-in-the-loop controls * Integrate AI into segmentation, enrichment, reporting and communication flows CRM & Data * Architect HubSpot for scale and data integrity * Build segmentation logic and reporting frameworks to enable intelligent automation * Maintain clean, structured data foundations Automation & Integration * Replace manual processes with automation-first systems * Build cross-platform workflows (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar)
